Silver semi truck hauling a tarped flatbed load down the highway at dawn

The Process

From handshake to highway.

No mystery, no fine print. Here is exactly what happens when you partner with NorthForge — and who handles what once you're rolling.

Five Steps

Getting on the road with us.

  1. 01

Apply & Talk to a Recruiter

Fill out the short application on our contact page. A recruiter — not a robot — calls you back the same business day to talk lanes, equipment, and expectations. No pressure, no scripts.

  2. 02

    Qualification & Paperwork

We verify your CDL-A, driving record, and truck. Then we handle the lease agreement, insurance setup, and every FMCSA form so onboarding takes days, not weeks.

  3. 03

    Get Set Up to Run

Plates under our authority, ELD installed, fuel card in hand with network discounts, and your trailer program (dry van or flatbed) locked in before your first dispatch.

  4. 04

    Run Your Lanes

Your dispatcher builds load plans around where you want to run and when you want to be home. Every load is offered with the rate up front — you always have the final say.

  5. 05

    Get Paid Weekly

Settlements hit your account every week, fully itemized. Optional quick-pay speeds it up further. Your money should move as fast as your truck.
